With over 20 years of experience in high-end residential construction, Tom brings deep industry knowledge, sharp attention to detail, and a builder’s mindset to the joinery space. Known for his practical approach and strong client relationships, he ensures every part of the process -from planning to delivery- is built on quality and clear communication.
At The Joinery Factory, Tom oversees business strategy, client engagement, and operational oversight; guiding the vision and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
